At Soothe Footwear, we believe receiving your order should feel just as easy and enjoyable as wearing our sandals.
That’s why we work with trusted Australian carriers to deliver your parcel safely and on time — right to your doorstep.


Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship Australia-wide with Australia Post.
Delivery usually takes 5–9 business days, depending on your location and local postal schedules.

Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.


Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
During busy periods or promotions, please allow a little extra time — we promise it’s worth the wait.


Free Shipping

We offer free shipping across Australia on all orders — no minimum spend required.
There are no hidden fees or extra delivery charges at checkout.


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order.
Once an order has been processed, we’re usually unable to make changes.


Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@soothe-footwear.com

To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may ask for:

  • A photo of the packaging

  • A photo of the product or packing slip

  • A brief description of the problem

If your shoes are intact but the packaging is slightly damaged, we unfortunately can’t offer replacements or refunds.


Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

  1. Please first contact Australia Post to confirm the delivery details.

  2. If you’re still unable to locate your order, email us at support@soothe-footwear.com within 7 days with your order number and tracking details.


Order Changes or Cancellations

If you need to update or cancel your order, please reach out within 12 hours of placing it.
After that, your parcel will already be on its way.


Tracking & Support

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation and tracking link.
If you don’t see it after 3 days, please check your spam or junk folder — or contact us directly.
