At Soothe Footwear, your comfort is our priority.
If your sandals aren’t quite right, we make returns simple and stress-free.

You have 90 days from the date of delivery to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your sandals must:

  • Be in unused condition

  • Include the original packaging and all accessories


How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact our friendly customer service team at support@soothe-footwear.com.
Please include your order number and a brief note about the reason for your return.

We’ll guide you through the process and make sure everything runs smoothly.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (such as receiving the wrong size or a defective item).


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days for the funds to appear in your account.


Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your sandals for a different size, colour, or style, please let us know when you contact us.
Exchanges are subject to availability.


Defective or Damaged Items

If your sandals arrive damaged or defective, please email us right away at support@soothe-footwear.com.
We’ll replace or refund your order as quickly as possible.


Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After that, we begin processing your shipment and can’t guarantee changes.
